Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. The health and safety of our customers are our top priority, and we cannot restock or resell nail products once they have left our facility. All sales are final.

We understand that sizing can be tricky. Please be sure to measure your nails accurately before placing an order. You can find our detailed sizing guide and instructions on each product page to help you get the perfect fit.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at Southwaynails@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work with you to find a solution.
